Yum...yum...yum...

Today is National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day!

Sounds like a good excuse for chocolate chip cookies!

In fact, I have a batch in the oven right now!

Well, I went sort of the lazy way.  I made chocolate chip bars.  But they taste the same and are easier!

I use a recipe from the Lisbon RP Church cookbook, contributed by Barb Mann.  So, I always think of Barb and the wonderful folks in Lisbon when I make these.

Just another reason to have chocolate chip cookie (bars) today!
